ICB operates like ****mer that looks for any loophole for you to rebook exams for them to generate income, no contact number and that's a red flag. They have literally disqualified me for my camera technical issue, after all my tests and assignments I did in between work and family. They want me to rebook for the 3rd time. This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with regarding exams. I have studied with universities and they are very reasonable as long as you produce prove.
Rain will ruin your career if you work from home, They constantly disconnect my line without verifying account payment. I have been wasting my time and resources on endless calls to inquire about their reason for disconnecting me and i am forever told that my call is been escalated to the supervisor. its 72 hours since waiting for a call and i am told that Amanda who is dealing with my query can only assist me and no one else. What kind of a business depends on Amanda only. what if she is sick or for any reason not coming to work. I am sitting with No Internet for days waiting for Amanda's call. They have disconnected me 4 times since my arranged payment and i never get assistance when i call their nosy call center, all you hear is agents laughing on the background. The only response they have is "i am so soo sorry to hear that Mamm.." The supervisor will call you". No turn around time or what so ever. Their turnaround time when you ask is "Soon or ASAP". My last call until today was Sunday and i was told that they are escalating again.
