They ****med me of my money, a driver started the trip without me and I cancelled, they charged me R35 and I disouted it because they could clearly see I was not in the car, they resolved the dispute and said the money is credited into my uber wallet, it was not, they are lying, they first said it was a glitch and its sorted but now keep telling me to check my balance, it has been 3 days and they have not returned the rest of the money that was charged on my account, this is not the first time this is happening, Uber is a bunch of ****mers!
I bought their ******** that only worked for less than two minutes then stopped, changed batteries and it still didn’t work, sent them an email informing them and I sent it back, they said they took it to HQ for evaluation and told me that the batteries were in the wrong slots, how did it work then? Then they returned the same faulty item saying there is nothing wrong with it and it still doesn’t work! I’ve used three different sets of batteries.
