This morning i was assisted by an agent of one plan for my pet insurance the agents name was Rutendo, and what an excellent service he gave me, escalated my query and kept the communication line open to to give me live updates, shortly the matter was sorted to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company for your pet insurance. Greatly pleased.

Horrible service by a manager at country road
Today Sunday 20th October i went to the waterfront country road/witchery store where i had an unpleasant service from the manager Amina, the manager also made degrading comments by assuming i did not know what was the use of a make up bag. Refused to exchange items with a quality issue with proof of purchase and both items within 3 months of purchase. I am assuming this was done because i am a black woman cause i am sure she would not have done so to a white woman. My proof of purchase clearly states faulty merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of your receipt, which was present for both items.

Satisfied client with a satisfactory outcome
I recently concluded a process of debt restructuring, the service i got from NDC is impeccable. I dealt with 1 person throughout the process of 4 years and he followed up atleast twice a month to update me on the process and status of the file. Every call and email was addressed in a timely manner, up until everything was cleared and i got my clearance. So thank you Andrew for the meticulous service you offered me.
