I have a month to month contract on a router. I didnt honor my debit order as i forgot to move money over. I didnt know that they will keep my money and data hostage. I paid on the 4th and phoned them and were assured it would be working again the next day. Today is monday and still not working so i phoned again. I was informed that i will not have internet until 1 August because i paid late. New data was supposed to be loaded 1 July but because i paid on the 4th i will not have data until 1 August because they only load on the 1st. They dont want to refund me and they dont want to give me the data i paid for. I took the monthly package as i am not getting paid always on the same day. We are not living in the 90's where they can only load something on 1 specific day. It is paid. Give me my data. And the lady Okuhle was not very nice and refused to let me speak to someone else. I am really disappointed and feel discriminated against because payment was 4 days late nor i am without wifi for a month. Its like being treated like a toddler
We used to go there regularly but for the 3rd time today their malva pudding was old, stale, cold and very unpleasant. We have complained the first 2 times and got a sorry we will tell the chef. But again today. Will rather find a new family place. Also for Father's day today we treated my husband and son but the music was so loud that they ate and left. So no family time.
I have sent 48 emails and phoned 5 because of a daily harassment on a 30 day sim card that i stopped using last year. They agree but no response from their " supervisor" or their collections department. They threathen and i answer within minutes. I have proof, i have the Rain website that says 30 day and the card doesnt work. No need to give notice but these people keep on harassing me. I am seriously upset. 48 emails. So that means 48 threats. I decided to reaend all again today so tomorrow the will have all 48 lined up. Hopefully they will then respond. Why are the service so bad???? They cannot provide the " recorded" conversations. Nor can they provide the signed contract. Nor can they provide the proof on any website to say if a 30 day prepaid needs to be cancelled. They want 5 months of subscription from me. Although their rep told me the sim was stopped used 2 weeks before the 30 days ran out. So please be careful about Rain. My first conversation said its a mistake they will fix it and then they handed me over. Please cannot we not get Starlink. I am so over the bad reception and service from these companies
