DISAPPOINTED HOME BUYER
I had a highly disappointing experience with this company when purchasing an apartment. Despite paying a deposit of R 20 000 on March 15th, with an understanding that the registration process would be handled in a timely manner, it has now been 5 months and my apartment is still not registered. Throughout this process, I have encountered numerous issues with communication and responsiveness from the company. Despite numerous follow-up emails and attempts to resolve these issues, I have received no clear explanation for the delay or information about the status of my investment account. To add insult to injury, I have recently been informed that the registration process will only be initiated on August 14th, nearly half a year after my initial deposit. This lack of urgency and attention to detail is completely unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and frustration. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company and would not recommend them to anyone considering purchasing property. If you value clear communication, efficiency, and professionalism, I suggest looking elsewhere. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company and to thoroughly research their options before making any commitments. It is my hope that this review will help others to avoid the same difficulties and disappointments that I have faced.
