I wrote a review and the response from Pick n Pay that they responded to me privately.... NOT TRUE
I’ve been a loyal Pick n Pay customer since the store was first established, but lately the service and quality have really gone downhill. Almost every order has issues — products expiring the same or next day, broken eggs, and fruit and vegetables that aren’t fresh. The out-of-stock situation is also out of control. Basic items are often unavailable, and substitutions are rarely suitable. Today, one of the two Otima 1.5L jugs I ordered arrived chipped. Are staff trained to check freshness, expiry dates, and defects as they would for themselves? It doesn’t seem so. After decades of loyalty, this is unacceptable. I hope Pick n Pay takes this seriously — customers deserve better quality control, stock management, and follow-up.
If we could give 100 stars this team would definitely get them. , they are amazing. Our marmoset ****** was ill.. they treated her quickly and saved her...whilst treating us like worried parents..the kindness and professionalism is outstanding..Dr Odendal, the vet nurses whose names I unfortunately have not got and the ladies in reception Kess and Meliss..we thank you and anyone else behind the scenes for saving our baby...Karen Ben Mila Ziggy happy to be together ❤️
July 6 placed order and realized my address was not correct..immediately called to get it changed and was assured it was done and July 12 delivery date was confirmed..fast forward to today...still not received..2 attempts have been made to deliver to wrong address and this after about 8 phone calls..my fuse is almost done
I am very disappointed in the online service. I placed an order on Sunday July 6...as I completed the order I realized that my address was incorrect. We moved three months ago...I immediately called to get the address changed...the order was not even processed on the app yet... I was assured it was changed an my order would arrive as indicated on the app...the delivery date given was Saturday July 12... the tracking on the app is less than helpful...it does not give much detail...and I noticed that it still reflected my CapeTown address whereas the profile address was changed to my new address. I called and spoke with an agent.. he did his best...however my goods ended up in Cape Town anyway... now have no idea where they are nirxwhen I will receive them..the tracking just says and I quote : In transit. Your item has been shipped. Item yet to reach hub near you. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy
This is THEEE worst bank account I have ever had the misfortune of having...app is useless...always have to take selfie for transactions done multiple times and the selfie does not work...I am frustrated beyond words

We had a logistics problem getting certain items from Cape Town to Durban...yesterday and today was the carry over...thank you to Tyrone, Keisha and Marwaan (if there was anyone else my apologies for not being aware of you) for your absolute calm, patient, helpful attitude and for getting things done...with a smile ..it made our stressful situation so much easier to deal with... thank you to the team...we appreciate you
I buy the Bella Vita ready meals on a regular basis... yesterday I ordered.. from Checkers Sixty60 the beef lasagna. Besides that it was not a cheap option before and had now gone even more expensive...it was very disappointing...I'll attach a photo... there were a few things strips of cheese in the middle...not even possible to cover a tiny section of the dish and a blop of meat also in the middle... needles to say...I will not be spending my hard earned money on this again... very unhappy with value
