Hi Lodged a complaint last week Monday regarding my Powerflex contract. No minutes or data have been allocated. I have phoned twice daily every day since. It's now Monday the 28th and I am no closer to resolving my issue. Surely it can't be that difficult to sort allocations. Why sell a product when no one in your organization knows how to solve it. This is beyond useless.
A deal was concluded and an offer to purchase was sent to me. While finance was being arranged on the car the dealer principle went back in the original deal and said he was not making enough money on the car an other people were interested in it. He then refused to honour the original deal. Never even had the decency to call me. Absolutely shocking experience. Stay away. Cheap second hand car dealer tactics. The epitome of the cliche. Horrible damage to the Fury Brand. Had nothing but excellent service from their Ford Branch in Fourways. And now this. Stay away. At least until they sort out this manager..
