About a year ago I filed a claim with New Era Trustees (liquidation company) against their client Snatcher Online who filed for voluntary liquidation. The claim was for goods paid for, but not delivered, which occurred before they went into liquidation. As a pensioner I tried numerous attempts to get information about my claim from New Era. Up until now I had absolutely no response from them. I would like to know what happened to 30+ years of experience and commitment to integrity, honesty, and efficient administration of estates.

On the 10th of August 2024, I ordered a TV set from one of Payflex's merchants called Snatcher. Days after I placed the order, I read a lot of negative reviews on media platforms regarding this merchant how they ****med people out of their cash. I immediately raised concerns via email to Payflex. I waited until the promised delivery date of 23 August 2024 have passed and no delivery transpired, I then requested a refund from Payflex, based on other Snatcher client experiences. According to a reply from Loago of Payflex via email, that my query have been escalated to their management, up until now I had no feedback and no refund. I am a 68yo pensioner and rely on my monthly pension. I would give Payflex a 5 star rating at any time, unfortunately Snatcher have dropped you big time.
