I think you're doing some companies favor,why deleting my review
I'm Marlin's biggest fan and referrals Agent but today I experienced a very unprofessional behavior from the company as I do communicate with Warren the Manager over reffed client by me in the morning with clients documents at 08:33am they did received information from me then they proceeded with their processes ,now after lunch he came back and said the client is belonging to some company but only to find out that client just enquired with the company.i asked him to provide a proof of the time of the application from the company but couldn't provide.now I can say this is skepticism
Pure **** even their Agents ,I met this two ladies in Bloemfontein ,one telling me to help her with my contact details so that their supervisor can see she did her task because they are doing house to house visit..I gave her my contact and she told me not to disclose my banking details when clientele consultants call later that day because I told her I'm unemployed,she asked for my phone saying there's a number she must enter on my phone and asked the other lady to process..I wasn't even aware that there's a mandate on my account because I didn't disclose any of my banking details to anyone also no consultant called since that day.I'm surprised today when I see clientele debit order R333 on my bank as I wasn't even aware of the policy messages as debit mandate on my CAPITEC because I didn't disclose any banking information to anyone...this act is against CPA(Consumer protection Act) section 40 and 41 unfair business trading as well false misleading information representation..I'm taking the matter to NCC... imagine how pensioners and poor communities are being ****med by this company as their Agent accepts mandates and deletes messages so that you'll just be surprised while your hard earned money is gonna without your consent bcos even their debit mandates are unstoppable and irreversible... you've meet your match
It felt like unrealistic as they say they're long distance learning but they tell you about preferences on nearest residents..that pathetic
