Good day please assist in locating the Business, their contact details doesn't work even thier forever changing whatsapp number is not working I took their services and the agreement was they will send updated credit report as to how and when they pay, but I receive calls and SMS's telling me that my accounts have not been paid
Ia bought two items, a vialli jean and shirt both white. They were delivered by The courier guy My problem is that when i received my order both my items were dirty, like they have been fitted on or something, couldn't return them because the event i bought them for is this weekend. So I just wanna know if this is what they do to their customers or I just happened to be a victim of such?
On Wednesday 21st August 2024 I wrote a review/complaint of the technical issue I was facing with Tracker, the next morning I received a call from Buitumelo Ruthoane (customercare co-ordinator. Email address: bruthoane@traccker.co.za Through her I received another call a few minutes later from Jan (technician) He gave me the dateand time that He will becoming through to check my vehicle, He did pictch on monday afternoon and I can Gladly say that my car has been fixed and everything is back to normal Thank you Buitumelo and Jan for representing Tracker the way that you did.
Around late May I noticed that my tracker wasn't giving me the accurate location of my car, so i called the call center to find out what was goings-on, I was told that my contract has expired and that they will send someone to come and check whats seems to be wrong with their Unit. After work I went to Germiston fitting center thats where I learnt that the Unit on my car was actually out dated(old) so they fitted a new one, Now I have tw units installed in my car and they are draining my battery to a point that if i leave my car for a day and night, the following morning the battery is flat-out "Doesnt have power" I went and got a new battery thinking that maybe the problem could be my battery but Im still facing the same problem, I called again and notified them about this and they told that they gonna send out a specialist to come and check thier Units hopefully remove one from my car, But till to date I haven't heard from them, the only thing they are good at is them reminding me of their debit date. My car Has been off because I removed the terminals from the battery, Guess what? STILL I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM NOTIFYING ME ABOUT THE BATTERY BEING REMOVED I never had problems with Trucker before but the treatment Im getting from them now, makes me wanna cancel the whole thing and find myself a new tracking system.
