I would like to commend Lamar, whom I believe is the store manager (Menlyn Park), for his exceptional service. He is one of the most humble and helpful individuals I have ever encountered. I needed a receipt that was difficult to locate, but Lamar went above and beyond, working tirelessly to ensure I received a copy. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Lamar deserves recognition for his efforts - Sportscene is fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. In my opinion, he more than deserves a raise
I am writing to express my outrage and deep concern regarding the recent price increase for my insurance policy. My premium has been raised from R1,893 to R2,319, an astronomical increase of approximately 22.5%. Additionally, the excess has increased from R3,500 to R4,500, a shocking rise of about 28.6%. These increases are not only unreasonable but completely unjustifiable, especially given the current economic conditions. We are all going through significant financial difficulties, and for Naked Insurance to impose such a steep price hike is utterly unacceptable. It is infuriating to see that instead of supporting your customers during these challenging times, you are adding to their financial burdens with such exorbitant increases. I demand that you reconsider this decision immediately and provide a more reasonable and fair pricing structure.
Gugu Mathebula's conduct is utterly unprofessional and biased. Her approach to handling my claim has been nothing short of a disgrace—she manipulates and distorts information to fit her own misguided agenda, causing unnecessary delays. If she happens to be assigned as your investigator, request a replacement immediately. Her focus on irrelevant details is clearly a tactic to avoid processing claims. This level of incompetence is appalling and reflects poorly on Momentum. Despite my trust in the company, having someone like Gugu handling claims only tarnishes its reputation. Avoid Moment Business Insurance at all costs!!! My claim, submitted on July 17, 2024, has been met with nothing but delay tactics and absurd questions that have no relevance to my claim. The representative, Gugu Mathebula, is both unprofessional and ***********. Despite providing all necessary information, she continually finds new excuses to delay the process. Over a month has passed since my company tools were ******, my business is at a standstill, No income, and I’m still paying premiums while getting no resolution. This company is a complete disaster.
