If I could give a -10 rating I would Firstly when applying for the loan they don’t state clearly that if you apply and they approve you are forced to pay a R98 fee every month Secondly they deducted R250 off my account after approval of the loan but was never give the money that I was apparently approved on This company is one big **** and we will make sure this company falls !

Disgraceful Service from Rentoza
The service I been getting from Rentoza has been horrible I been waiting 2months for my order. They told me that my ETA is the 2nd of August and when I messaged them they said it was a typing error and if I did not email they wouldn’t have said anything about it They then said my actual ETA is the 2nd of September It is now the 3rd of September and I’m still waiting but they took my money fast fast which is misleading and unfair to the client They keep on saying that they trying to resolve the problem but are they really ? This is the second time that I ordered from them and they done this. I feel like this company should be checked and penalised for what they do to client.

The worst service I ever came across These guys are a **** They just deduct money with now consent When you send them an email they never respond This place need to be investigated and be closed down in my opinion!

I made a order with Rentoza on the 7th of August they approved me and deducted my money the same day they told me that it would take 14days,they then told me that their are only gonna confirm my order on the ETA when I was supposed to receive it on that day,still waiting for my product from them I asked for my money back but they told me I must wait another 6 to 14 working days this is unacceptable as they quickly to deduct Will be sharing their bad service on every social media platform.
