This was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered we were suppose to book into their spa... so this is the story. As we approached the venue we were greeted by a sign that said they do not have strawberries. The place is a complete dump. We continued to sit down for breakfast as they had demanded their cash upfront so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. If you are interested in going to a place that is decorated as though you were born in the 1960s then this place is for you. Plastic table clothes, plastic chairs that haven't been wiped off, carpets which have not been cleaned... it's a dump. Any how since we were not given a program even though we paid for a full day spa package we decided to walk around to see what the place looks like. The spa is some outside building devided into rooms by wood. There are no changing rooms, there are no lockers and no showers. There is only but an outside toilet that is in the middle of the car park area! The food was a disgrace the fruit salad was hot everything in it was hot the fruit, the yogurt the champagne and the ham and cheese all extremely hot. So we told them to keep that money for the breakfast and just reimburse the money for the spa. They told us to come back later and the owners will refund us. When we arrived back the owner came out with 6 dogs so we couldn't even get out of the car to have a decent discussion. They refused to give our money back and instead stood with a camera (for what I'm not sure) and recorded this discussion. They now have 3400 of our money which they have stolen and refuse to refund us. We called the police but they were unable to assist. We left feeling robbed disgusted and disappointed. This place has seriously needs to be shut down as we are not the only people they have done this too. They have also been accused of racism and had mistreated many guests. Please becareful!
Here comes the laughing stock of the day. another assessor meets at the panel beaters. He says that he will suggest to the insurance that the bumper be replaced. However I get a call this morning from a so called manager name Zanile, she tell me the assesor's report indicates that it is only the alignment problem on the bumper that needs to be fixed and she claimed that the new scratches on the car is my husbands fault because he pulled on the bumper. I then request a copy of the original assessor's report and i receive on an Outsurance letterhead the so called assessor's report. The report was not even signed by the assesor that met us yesterday (Iam actually starting to laugh) when i questioned why the assessor's report does not have any details of the assesor on it nor was it signed off Megan Hart then tells me she is waiting for her manager to sign it. This is a joke.
Outsurance always get something out. What a joke, really should consider changing your moto. I have been with Outsurance for 4 years now and have never made a claim against the insurance. On 20 September 2017 a Taxi drove into my daughter. The assessor came out to assess the car. The Car was then taken in by Auto Salon in Randburg on 27 September 2017. After two weeks we heard nothing from Auto Salon and we contacted them when we were advised that they are awaiting delivery of the bumber and that the estimated period for delivery would be 24 October 2017. On 23 October I had telephoned Auto Salon and was told the Manager changed the collection date to 25 October 2017. I requested that the Manager contact me to discuss the matter. He did not return my call. On 25 October 2017 I arrived at Auto Salon and waited an hour because they were still busy with the car. When they brought the car out we asked what was done to the car. We were then advised that they had replaced the Fender and Bumper Cover, they painted bumper cover and Fender and had matched the colour to the original colour. They supplied and fitted Bumper slide Head lam and Fender Liner. My husband then looks under the car and discovered that the bumper was the old bumper and they had just clued the old bumper together. So in other words there were no new parts fitted to the car. When my husband said to Auto Salon that this is not a new bumper only then did the guy tell us that after the assessor recommendation Outsurance changed it and told Auto Salon to repair the bumper and spray it again. As we touched the light of the car the light of the car was loosen and almost fell out. The colour that they used to spray the car is also not the same colour as the other part of the car. Whilst still at Auto Salon I contacted Outsurance and was advised that they have the right to change the assesors’ recommendation. Worst of all I was told by the Outsurance consultant that because the car is nearly paid up they do not supply new parts and they have the right to do so. We requested that we see the Manager of Auto Salon. He refused to come speak to us. Eventually after 45 minutes he comes out with the key of the car. It was a laughing matter when we showed him that the lights of the car is about to fall out. He assured us that when he checked the car that the lights was tightened. We did not even drive the car so how did the light come loosen. I left the car with Auto Salon. After having the car for a month, the Bumper was glued together sprayed. That is what was done to the car and Outsurance expects me to pay excess of R5000. I could have used the excess and have taken it to my own panel beaters and iam sure they would have done a better job. The consultants at Outsurance are appaulling. My contact number is ********** 134.
