In December 2025, I bought a Suzuki Swift GLX 1.2 at the Penta Suzuki Montana branch. They were quick to assist and sell the car to me, but afterwards, it's becoming difficult. The license disk has expired, as I told the salesman the day I bought the car, and only on 31 December 2025 did he send me a photo of the permit. I don't even have the original one. The problems I'm facing are: where I work, they have their own traffic officers. And on 31 December at 5:30 in the morning, when I arrived at work, they pulled me over at the security gate and gave me a pink slip. Now I have a case at my work where I have to show them I have a permit for the vehicle. I have 21 business days to do so, and if I don't show them: 1. the original permit, 2. the new registration, or 3. a renewed license disk, I will be suspended for 3 weeks without pay, then get a disciplinary hearing, and they will decide if I'll still have a job or not. I have told the salesman about this issue, and yet he promised he will send the original, but he never did, and when I asked again for the permit, he didn't answer me, and it's been more than a week now. The other problem is that I live in Secunda, Mpumalanga, and the car needs to be registered in Mpumalanga, and he can't give me an answer on whether they will do it or not. I'm currently really unhappy, and at the end of the day, I'm thinking of canceling this deal because: 1. I'll most likely lose my job, and 2. I want the vehicle to be registered in Mpumalanga.
On June 18, 2024, my vehicle was towed to SECTRI Autobody following an accident. Since that date, I have encountered numerous issues: Inconsistent Communication: After the insurance approval for the panel beating job, I received conflicting updates about the status of my vehicle. One day I was informed that the car was in the final stages of assembly, only to be told the next day that it was not yet finished. Subsequent messages suggested additional issues, such as the need for a wheel alignment, which contradicted earlier updates. Theft of Car Keys: On August 12, 2024, I was notified that a hired employee had ****** my car keys and subsequently disappeared. This incident raised concerns about the security and key control procedures at SECTRI. Unresolved Issues and Lack of Courtesy Car: On August 16, 2024, I visited SECTRI and discovered that my car was still disassembled, with the right fender missing. I was assured that the issue would be addressed, but as of August 23, 2024, I still had not received a courtesy car. My work schedule requires reliable transportation, and I have struggled with the lack of a vehicle. Additional Delays: On August 26, 2024, I was informed that the courtesy car, which was supposed to be provided, was involved in an accident and that the investigation into my ****** keys was still ongoing. Given these issues, I request that my insurance reconsider its association with SECTRI Autobody. The delays, security lapses, and inconsistent communication have been highly frustrating and inconvenient. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.
