low milage vehicle brought in for paintless dent repair and got it back full of deep scratches. A month later still no response from sectri. Never again. Now several month late the manager loudly makes silly remarks in a close by garage shop that they should deliver the best service otherwise he "refering to me" will log a hello Peter. wel thanks for the reminder. I went to a panel beater in the first place to remove damage not swap it out for other.

On June 18, 2024, my vehicle was towed to SECTRI Autobody following an accident. Since that date, I have encountered numerous issues: Inconsistent Communication: After the insurance approval for the panel beating job, I received conflicting updates about the status of my vehicle. One day I was informed that the car was in the final stages of assembly, only to be told the next day that it was not yet finished. Subsequent messages suggested additional issues, such as the need for a wheel alignment, which contradicted earlier updates. Theft of Car Keys: On August 12, 2024, I was notified that a hired employee had ****** my car keys and subsequently disappeared. This incident raised concerns about the security and key control procedures at SECTRI. Unresolved Issues and Lack of Courtesy Car: On August 16, 2024, I visited SECTRI and discovered that my car was still disassembled, with the right fender missing. I was assured that the issue would be addressed, but as of August 23, 2024, I still had not received a courtesy car. My work schedule requires reliable transportation, and I have struggled with the lack of a vehicle. Additional Delays: On August 26, 2024, I was informed that the courtesy car, which was supposed to be provided, was involved in an accident and that the investigation into my ****** keys was still ongoing. Given these issues, I request that my insurance reconsider its association with SECTRI Autobody. The delays, security lapses, and inconsistent communication have been highly frustrating and inconvenient. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

Sectri Auto Body has had my vehicle with them for 65 days now and it is still with them. Firstly, in the first few weeks after the insurance approved my claim, they kept giving me updates about waiting for insurance approval for additional parts. After a week from that feedback back I called the insurance (because I know it doesn’t take that long to get an approval with them) and they informed me that they only received request for additional parts approval in the morning of the day I called and approved the same day (brutal dishonesty from Sectri Auto Body). Sectri Auto Boby continued giving me contradictory updates until it made no sense anymore. I still exercised my patience while I could clearly see that I was being **** to. Today (which is the 65th day) I called them three times and in all instances, I am being promised a callback which never happens. This is a clear indication that they do not give a damn about the inconvenience of me not having a car and it dragged so long that it affected my livelihood very badly. And still they just do not care. On Wednesday the 14th August, they gave me an update with an estimation to complete by Friday the 16th August. Today is the 26th of August. I have lost all opportunities of maintaining my livelihood because I can no longer keep my appointments which means I cannot do my job anymore. Even worse, I already have 3 appointments I will have to cancel this week, which is basically a final nail to my coffin in terms of my line of work. I will still also take the insurance company into task to ensure they end the relationship with Sectri Auto Body and I will definitely explore all means in the industry to ensure that happens (since I am a leader in the insurance industry myself by the way). This is a VW brand vehicle and parts can never be an excuse for such length of time for VW brand that is so well established in South Africa. I will be continuing with the reviews until I have my vehicle back. Enough is enough!

I went to Sectri Auto Body in Secunda with my new automobile so they could paint the bonnet. The degree of professionalism was excellent. The work was beautifully done, and it was finished ahead of schedule. I appreciate Juan and his team.

Sectri Auto body did exceptional work on my car! It looks as brand new. Juan Bronkhorst was very helpful always updating me in every step of the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely bad service. Waited one month, allegedly for parts to arrive. When my insurance company followed up they said I can bring my vehicle, and it will take 7 working days to finish as all the parts are there. After 5 working days I received the first update, started with panelbeating? Wat did they do the previous 4 working days with my vehicle? After 7 days prepped for primer, After 9 working days, in final painting, And then nothing more. No feed back, no collecting. Every day in that workshop cost me money, as I have a car from AVIs. They hardly ever answer the phones.
