Bunch of incompetant ******
Absolutely poor communication and customer service They charge you even when you acknowledge debit and them have useless consultants like Loraine M who1st doesnt know or understand the English language. I dont even think she finished high school thats how dumb she is. And each time you confirm recipient of debt they still charge you She will be seeing me at their Midrand offices very soon and i hope she has security with her as i wont be eld accountable for my actions Really poor disgusting company and a bunch of ******

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Absolutely shocking service and charges, i stay at Hereford in a 2 bed 1 bath and i am paying over R3400 a month which is crazy. When you speak to them you are met with *********** people like Alex, Simagele, Ona, who refuse to even send a tech out to do a check and confirm if indeed is the issue with their equipment, I urge all investors and property developers to stay away from this compmany

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Michelle POOR SERVICE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HER, MNT AND FUNGI. 2 STAR COMPANY THAT HAS MORE BAD REVIEWS THAN GOOD REVIEWS AND THEY DONT CARE I have never experienced such poor and disgusting customer service from Michelle , M&T and Fungi. I urge everyone to stay away from anything to do with Michelle, Fungi and M&T. They don't care about their tenants and have 0 customer service. I am still in shock as to how she is still employed after soo many bad reviews and how they are still using Fungi after soo many bad reviews and poor customer service. Takes over 3 days to respond and Fungi starts billing you without paying any activation fees. Mind you that time their contract states you need to pay activation fees but yet you still get billed without paying their fees. Stay away from Eco Estate and Die Hoewes towers as they use M&T, fungi and Michelle. Worst decision of my life, and i don't want any soppy email telling me to email M&T customer service blah blah, its just a public show to seems as if you care but you really don't care. I will not be doing business with them ever again and urge all residents, developers and construction company to stay away. M&T has 2 star rating on Hellopeter and that should be a major concern, you have more bad review that you have good reviews and that a major concern

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute ******* and by far the worst billing system ever. I havent moved into my place and yet i am R466 in arrears I urge all property developers to not use their services as you will get alot of unhappy customers and tenants Soo many complex's have cried foul and yet they do not want to remove themselves. I urge everyone to stay away from Fungi or anything that has to do with Fungi And the clowns at Fungi dont seem to care cause they aren't affected
