My Bank Zero account has been locked since [date]. I was told it’s because another bank reported it as suspicious. I have not been told which bank, nor what documents I need to provide. Every time I follow up, I’m told Bank Zero is still waiting for supporting documents from the reporting bank. In the meantime, I have no access to my account or funds. This is causing financial hardship, and I need Bank Zero to provide a clear timeline and resolve this, I swear I will further report them and close this account.
I’ve been trying to withdraw my winnings from Betway since 19 July 2025, but my withdrawals keep getting reversed without my consent. After depositing via vouchers, I placed bets and even won several times. Out of nowhere, Betway flagged my account and told me I need to wager R5,797 before my account could be reviewed. I comp**** and met the requirement — yet I still haven’t been paid. I’ve emailed support several times and only received vague responses like “your account is under review.” Even after waiting 24 hours (as advised by them), I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve withdrawn successfully before — over R30,000 in total — without any wagering issues, so why now? If this is how Betway treats loyal users who follow the rules, it’s extremely disappointing. I will be escalating this issue to the Western Cape Gambling Board, the National Gambling Board, and other relevant authorities if this is not resolved immediately. All I want is my money.
I swear MTN is the devil himself. I had a 24 month contract for fixed LTE I paid R312pm. I never missed a single payment and always paid on time. My contract ended in February 2024 I contacted them to cancel my contract to my surprised they had a long story to cancel my contract then all of a sudden the amount increased from R312pm to R800pm and stopped the debit order on my Banking app. I kept emailing them and calling them to cancel my cantract they never did I no longer use the Contract sim but they keep sending me invoices and as of today I owe them R5263. I regret the day I took out a contract with MTN and I will not pay that money I will rather take them to court.
