The claims process was simple and convenient. The PMD team was fast and very friendly and assisted me where I got stuck. This being my first windscreen claim ever, I really didn't know what to do, but PMD has made it so easy. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Telkom. I have been struggling now for 3 weeks to get the details of your legal team and complaints department. Everytike I call in your team gives me different numbers to call, or different email addresses to use to send in my complaint. And each time the email addresses do not exist and every phone number no one can assist. You have *******ly done credit checks on my name with out my concent and I have given you 7 days to remove this. Your agents constantly give me **** email addresses for your complaints department and none of the email addresses work.. Please ensure your legal department or complaints department contacts me. Failure to do so I will raise the concern of ******* credit checks with the ombud and my attorneys will step in. I will not leave this. You teach your agents to lie to clients and provide **** details for your complaints department which is against the legislation and purely *******. I did not give any concent for credit checks to be done on my name and I expect a response or the matter will be escalated

The we buy cars The dome. ****** and unwilling to help cause I am white. Walked in with cash looking to buy a ford kuga. Found one I really liked 2018 model, and waited and searched for over an hour for a sales representative to assist me. Finally someone came to assist me, and I informed him I want to buy the specific Kuga cash. And asked if we could test drive it. He opened up the vehicle and as I got in, a black family approached him speaking in vernac, little did they know I understand vernac, the black family started lying against the vehicle saying they want to buy it the sales rep needs to make a plan as they want it and told him. To get rid of me. At this stage I was still in the vehicle, with the black family practically lying on the car. The woman from the family told her children to get in the back and make noise so that I can get out of the car. The sales agent told them in vernac that they don't have to worry he will get rid of me so they can buy the vehicle as he does not want to assist a white man. He came over to me and told me unfortunately the vehicle is no longer available. With out allowing me time to respond he turned around and walked away. The sales rep and the black family got into the car I wanted to buy, and proceeded to drive off. Absolutely disgusted..
Had an Mweb account and when I moved house, had to go through Mweb which routed through openserve.. Absolute disgusted in the level of service received from openserve. First the technician comes to do the installation, and half way through stops, removes everything and leaves. A week later eventually a gentleman called Bradley called me. Very rude and blamed everything on Mweb. Mweb blames everything on openserve meanwhile I need to bear the brunt. I followed all your processes but you can't even follow your own. No way to contact openserve except for email which they never respond to. I would never recommend openserve. Places like these need to be shut down and rude employees need to be fired and blocked from ever working with clients. Bradley. You need a hard lesson my guy. You should be working on garbage trucks where you don't deal with public or clients. Piece of ****
Telkom customer support reached out to me on WhatsApp regarding my fiber line. 3 weeks with out fiber as none of the different departments work together. Get transfered from one department to another. Spent over R300 airtime. The customer care agent on WhatsApp leaves your messages blue ticked and does not respond. Called in several times to get my line activated and still all I get told is that this hasn't been done this hasn't been updated. Absolutely disgusted in the level of service and commitment from telkom. No one wants to assist. All they do is pass you over to the next person and still I as client have to bare the brunt. Places like these need to be shut down, they don't deserve a place on the South African consumer market. Or any market for that sake. CEO needs to wake up and open his eyes. You are losing a lot of business due to your poor customer service and management.
The worst customer service and experience I have ever experienced in my life. Follow all your set out processes and still nothing gets done. 3 weeks just to get hold of someone. They are quick to debit your account but no customer service and no delivery. I would never use Mweb again and would never recommend it to anyone. The lies you tell your clients, blaming your service providers.. No wonder your ratings are so low. **** of the earth.
