DO NOT USE HUTTON PLUMBERS. If your insurance sends anyone from Hutton plumbers please send them away and say you want new plumbers. They replaced a burst geyser with a new one. Asked to to replace element with a 2KW as I have a solar system. They refused. They installed the drip tray wrong as it was sloping away from the exit and the drain valve was not secured. This means when the geyser got drained to fit a new element, all the water leaked onto my ceiling. I got a second team from Hutton to assist and they are not wanting to take responsibility for the ***** up of the 1st team. They quickly shifted the drip tray to the correct position and tightened the leaking drip tray. They are now not taking any responsibility to fix the problem. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HUTTON PLUMBING
Pricing was great, promises was great but DO NOT EXPECT ANY aftersales support. You have to constantly follow up with them to get a date for them to do anything. (And that is after you have paid for it already) I then complained on their Facebook page to get some assistance. The owner phoned and aggressively shouted and swore because of the negative review instead of sorting out the problem, and stated that my warranty is now gone bla bla bla, the usual threats from him.... STAY AWAY

Ordered a cable and a power supply on Monday 02/12. Supplier shipped Monday afternoon. Delivery was suppose to be Tuesday 03/12. Sent a mail to support, no answer. Phoned call centre, the 1st lady was trying to multitask and could not assist. 2nd lady said that all the drivers are out today and she does not know when it will be delivered.. If you are a supplier rather look at an alternate courier company, stay away from BOBGO, your customers will be frustrated. It is now the 5th of December and still no package. Did receive a mail to say its out for delivery but once again nothing....
