Terrible, Terrible TERRIBLE customer service...harrased 3 to 4 times a day for a payment THEY HAVE RECEIVED. No amount of patience explaining it every time with proof of payment corrects the situation and the harassment just continues every time with a new agent. If this is how they run their back of office how the hell will they actually provide the service when the time comes! Pathetic to say the least! If there was a zero rating I would have given that rather.
Bought quite a few different varietals which were advertised as specific colours only to receive a complete 'lucky packet' and nothing was as it was ordered. The owner is just blasé and disinterested and full of excuses to the point that it's an absolute joke. Don't waste your money, rather support other flower farms that take their customers seriously with better value for money and/or you receive what you actually ordered.
