Absolutely pathetic service and when trying to cancel services there is no assistance at all just AI answers and this is a **** they **** people and then you are not able to cancel services people please be aware of this company

Pathetic WhatsApp service
Very poor service I use my account for work and personal use and got banned for no reason at all and submitted a review and don’t hear anything back really people should start supporting other platforms the service is up to **** to think we trust them with all our personal information on there

Zoom fibre poor service
Really super bad experience a lot of excuses every time and apparently they have to replace a cable and the guy said he is just going to fetch cable at the office three days later I’m still waiting for him to come and replace the cable and every time you phone to enquire then you are told the technician is on his way to you as we speak so guys please rethink using there service
