Completed a survey for them on the 16th of July and they said they will pay between 20 to 30 days since then I haven't received any payment or I get this an email with excuses that they're takealot vouchers have been pending with takealot and that they will follow up with them so my question is who is in the wrong here?are we being taken for a ride or the problem is takealot?
Place an order with these people on Thursday and then the order got canceled on Thursday without them telling me that the order has been canceled so I had to send them an email asking them why my order has been canceled and why has my refund not been credited back into my account as yet and mind you that was on Thursday today is Saturday I still have not got another response from them or I got from them once that they will find out from finance and they will revert back to me till today this don't haven't reverted back to me I logged into check what is going on only to find that my account has been temporarily blocked worst part is that they don't even communicate that they block my account on takealot with my credit outstanding credit of 400 rands that I worked for an I used to purchase airtime voucher only for them to cancel my order and not refund me and block my account with no explanation whatsoever I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the service that I have received so far and to think that I trusted them and this is what they do I'm not sure if I should call them fees or should I just call them ******** for not even getting back to me
