Unfairly Billed
I'm flabbergasted by this company I lived there about 5 years ago and left during the month without even completing my full month stay they have been flooding me with calls and messages for the past 5 years claiming that I owe them when I call in they are Rude today I spoke to a African lady who was extremely rude spoke on top of me no manners what's so ever when I ask her who she is or to speak to a manager she refused and cut the call on my ear this company has handed me over to credit Intel who is also flooding me with messages that I owe citiq proper this is pure harassment and can no longer take it anymore if no action is done here I will take it with my lawyers..

Disgusting service from DSTV
Dstv is a **** they don't inform clients of they changes and constantly demand money from clients, so 2 months ago I upgraded my dstv mid month and was upgraded however same day when I did upgrade I then decided to downgrade and will only upgrade month end so I don't get charged extra literally this upgrade/downgrade was done in less than hour dstv then advised that no you can watch upgrade for the remaining days in that month only to find that month end I was moved back onto downgrade.. I called in on the first to be upgraded of which for 2 weeks they kept telling me its on pending upgrade after that dstv played for 2 weeks I was then with no TV channels for another 2 weeks I left it like that on the 23rd of August I called into dstv to make sure of the price to pay the lady by the name of Rakisha Cona insisted that 364 appearing on account is what needs to be paid I asked her to please check if there are no funds missing I waited 30 minutes for her and her manager to check they came back on the call to say that's all. I need to pay until my next payment date... Today is the 9th and my account is disconnected called into dstv only to he assisted by Lusanda who is currently working from home background there is a baby crying she is constantly placing me on mute to attend to her baby just tell where is the professionalism there dstv needs to cancel they services because its disgusting and they keep demanding money from clients unnecessary.... Angry client i am il be visiting they offices in randburg
