Warranty Claim
The service we have received really exceeded our expectations. From logging the claim the process is straightforward . Less paperwork , the claims department is prompt, professional and eager to help. Once all necessary info is handed they took less than a day to approve the claim. This blew my mind as its usually not like that with other service providers. We appreciate the promptness , thank you

And the consultant is clear, kind and has a lot of empathy in view of the emotional distress. The claim processing was fast. We are happy with Auto and General
