Be very carefull using these Guys, They will rip you off with the 1st chance they get. I had a simple gas problem that needed to be resolved. They did not hesitate to dispatch a technician, The technician guy arrived and was on site for 30min max, he didn't have the part that needed to be replaced. He arrived back the next day with the part, a valve + a small rubber O ring. They charged me R5850 , R980 was for the callout fee allone. These guys are ******. Disgusting how they ripped me off, really sickening.
Avoid using this parts and service center. They lack competence, and my six-week ordeal with them was appalling, leaving me with a debt of R35,000 on my two-year-old XUV300. I purchased this car new, but it began having issues just two years in. Initially, I complained about a persistent rattle from the front of the car, which they failed to diagnose correctly. The first time I brought it in, they claimed it was fixed under warranty. However, after the second visit for the same issue, they charged me R3,500 with no resolution. The third time, after keeping it for two days, they acknowledged warranty coverage and still did not address the repairs that should have been identified earlier. On the fourth visit for the same problem, after another two-day stay and a shocking bill of R33,000, they insisted I needed to replace shock assemblies and lower control arm assemblies—issues that should have been identified initially. I've also faced recurring electronic problems with the car: the tire pressure sensors won't turn off, and the center display screen behaves erratically. Their incompetence has eroded any confidence I had in this service center and the Mahindra brand. I strongly advise avoiding this brand; while their cars may look good externally, they lag behind competitors for good reason.
