blue label connect and Shrives incoporated
This company that does all debt collections for Blue Label Connect. i have a terrible experience, as i have been waiting from 7th June 2024, after settling the account for a paid up letter, the company has told me to wait 3 months, now they have me runnning on a wild goose chase to get a paid up letter. they have then said that blue label connect has withdrew my file from them, and when i called in to blue label connect i have not received feedback, this is dating from JULY 2024. this has an impact on my credit score after settling the account, by law im supposed to have already received after immediate settlement of my bill.
