I have since cancelled my contract in march , up until today nothing has happened, they Haven't done anything about it yet n this is seriously damaging my credit score Pay joy is the worst, even if I can be offered some payment to use pay joy, I'll gladly decline it, iv never seen such level of incompetence
IF YOU WANT YOUR REPUTATION TARNISHED, THEN TAKE A PAYJOY PHONE I took a phone last year, within three months I decided to cancel the contract and returned back their device and it's accessories, my credit report shows me owing them around R3000 for the phone I am not even using, now I'm getting texts of me being handed over What a complete waste of my time and money, PAYJOY should be stopped, they don't prioritise their customers, and don't even care about them, all they want is money I'm so disappointed and angry, never again will I use their services
What the worst experience i got, i cancelled my contract and i texted them toe find put how far the cancellation process is and was told they don't know anything and never received any communication from the store i bought the phone from, i went to the store to find out as i had received an sms saying im being handed over , it turns out pay joy received communication from the store. Now i am taken from pillar to post for them to fix this. I don't understand how i am supposed to pay for a phone i am not in possession of. Your service sucks pay joy
Pay joy is the worst, never again will i take a phone from them. i took a phone in pay joy, before a week it froze to a point of not being able to do anything in it, took it back for repairs and i was without a phone for a full month but still expected to pay for it I then decided to cancel the contract and took back the phone , together with the accessories toe the store, after a few days i asked how far the cancellation is and was told pay joy knows nothing about me cancelling the contract, i then received an sms saying i am being handed over for failing to pay, i then returned toe the store i bought the phone from to find that communication was sent to pay joy. All pay joy consultants are liers , as all said there's was no communication
This is actually the worst service provider, i hv since paid for WI FI on friday and it's tuesday today and i am still not connected , when i ask the agent he takes me to customer service in whatsapp which asks me the same questions everyday but does nothing. I even asked for a refund but was told it takes way longer
They have the worst customer service ever and take days to process your application, they are not the people to go to when you need emergency finance. They take upto a week for them to give feedback on whether they are gonna assist or not
I am not happy with atlas finance at all, I app**** for a loan about three weeks ago, was always asked to submit documentation I had already submitted numerous times but I still sent hoping to finally get some assistance , for the whole three weeks were the back and forths until they sent me an email stating they can't help weekly paid clients when my payslip states I get paid monthly, what's the point of asking for a payslip if your not gonna go through it. This is the worst service I ever got in my entire life
