I am very disappointed with the service I received from Truewood. I bought the bed in December 2021 and it was delivered in February 2022 because the factory was closed in December. The total of the bed and mattress was R26 380. The 1st week of the delivery, the bed started to make lot of noise, irritating noise. I went back to the shop to notify the sales person. After several visits, then the sales person said I must send an email to the manager Hannes who then send his team 4 times to my house to come and fix the bed. The last time he sent these men I said if they are unable to fix, they must take back this bed and refund me. The noise on the bed stopped for some time but the horrible one on the headboard is still there even today. The last time I called Hannes, he said that the noise is FACTORY ACCEPTED. I am still stuck with this bed with this horrible noise that comes from the headboard. We can't even lean on the headboard, and the sound on the bed is back. I am very DISAPPOINTED. Clientele lawyers tried to mediate and everytime they soke to him, he promised that he will call me but he never did.

<p>I booked my car to install a tow bar at Towbar in Gezina and when i took my car there in the morning during ispection my wheel spanner was there with the spare wheel. In the afternoon when i collected the car, the guy who assisted me was doing the inspection so QUICK and because i was mostly interested in seeing that the towbar was correctly installed (when we were testing it), I did not pay too much attention on checking that everything was still there in the boot (especially in the place where we put the sparewheel and the wheel spanner). This is the only place I took my car to install the towbar. A week later i took my car for service and when i arrive there during inspection I realized that the wheel spanner is missing. I contacted the Autobar and asked to speek to the manager. The guy who assisted me with the invoice (Edwin) told me that the manager was not available at that time and asked what the probelm was. After explaing the problem he promised to call me back and he never did that. Later that day i called them again and this time he transferred me to the manager (a lady that i don't even remember her name). The lady told me that I have signed the inspection document and it means that there is nothing that they can do. The lady was SO RUDE, she did not even acknowledge that MAYBE there is a problem that they have to look into. She then gave the phone to a sotho guy to tell me in Sotho that there is nothing they can do (as if i do not understand English). I am very ANGRY bcos it looks like these people knows what they are up to especially if you are a woman they know very well that there are some stuff in the car that you will not realise that they have been removed and the are QUICK to ask you to sign the ispection document, </p>
<p>We bought sofas/couch from Joy furniture about 3 years ago. the sales person Marzanne assured us that the material is genuine leather. Within the second year, the sofas have started to peel off. We went to the the store to lodge a complaint. Marzanne promised us that they will order leather and come collect the sofas for repair. As time goes, she lied to us and said that they received the wrong colour. Then after 6 months she no longer answer our calls and emails. I consulted my lawyers and the matter was reffered to Ombudsman office. Two months ago, i received a call and an email from both parties saying that they are closing the files because Joy Furniture does not respond to their communications. I am soooooo DEVASTATED!</p>
