Delivery issue
My experience in ordering a spare part from you was great… until your courier service got involved. I would have given you a 5 star rating was it not for the poor service from fast way courier. My parcel was sent all over the country and is still not with me after spending over an hour on the phone with your expensive courier… I suggest that you use courier guy in future… Also have s look at reviews for Fast Way… they are the worst!!

Fast way couriers
Worst ever experience with a courier! A spare part ordered from Pretoria was sent all over the country to different depots…people I spoke to at the depots were not helpful and shifted the blame to other depots or Jhb office.. Talking to Jhb was also disappointing.. Everybody apologise… I get the feeling that apologise is about the only thing that they are good at… must be because they do it so often!!!.. Never again will I use them!! I am still waiting for my parcell… and was told that I will now receive it next week!!.. one week later….and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with fast way, and pay the full charge…
