In September I app**** for a credit card however due to a technical problem the application was made for a store card which I accepted. I went to the branch to fetch my card and they told me to comeback in 24 hours which I did now the advisor at the woolworths store in Gateway was absolutely rude and told she cannot help I must comeback in 24 hours to check. They even went to an extent to tell me I must go get a temp card from their CS team when I go there they can't print card.
