Good service provider for the area of kyalami. (well priced fibre internet ),technician and call centre are promt with responce and communication. The turn around time for a problem can be slow as they don't work over the weekend.so if running a business this can be frustrating.

not letting me port number to prepaid!!!
I cancelled my contract 1 month before end term an with email .then the day before my contract expired i called in again to confirm cancellation of contract and port number to prepaid,.<br> it is now 2 months later and my contract has not been ported to prepaid.. contract ended on 3 feb 2016<br> retention do not have a number to talk to a consultant just an email address that does not get answered. Retention I am in areas ,, but how can i be in areas when mtn debit my account perfectly for 2 years and this is how payment has been made each month for the duration of 24 months, how can i not be ported 2 months later after my contract has ended .<br> this is pathetic service holding my number ransom..i refuse to loose my number ...once again useless service from MTN. mtn reference for cancellation is 11992393
