My comment has been removed without it being attended to. Fatyela Uyanda's wife has been insulting me for calling proffesionally her husband in connection of a cancelation for a premium with old mutual. I will write to hello Peter everyday if it means to until it gets to the right person
I am writing again hello Peter about a consultant by the name of Uyanda Fatyela. Who has been dragging in cancelation of my premium after so many attempts of trying to cancel it on my own. Calls weren't answered ive been transferred a multi ple times.. I have been insulted by his wife and I have screenshots and recorded calls of the insults because I have been calling him endless times wanting the premium to be canceled. Till this day I havent been sorted. Again the wife insulted me. Can Old mutual attend to this matter ASAP!
I am writing to formally request urgent intervention regarding the cancellation of my policy, which I have been trying to process since January. Despite numerous attempts to contact Mr. Fatyela, the policy remains active and my efforts to cancel it personally have been unsuccessful. Additionally, I wish to raise a serious concern regarding inappropriate conduct. Mr. Fatyela’s wife has been using his phone to respond to my attempts to reach him. During these instances, I was subjected to verbal abuse and had my calls declined. I have retained screenshots as evidence of this behavior, which I find highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I hereby write this review with the most dissfaction from a financial broker by the name of Uyanda Fatyela. Where i have been asking him a numerous times to cancel the cover I have with him. Not mentioning how his wife has been involved and swearing at me. I even have screenshots of the conversations where the wife has sweared me and. Mixing pleasure and proffesion doesn't work. I would like Liberty to really assist in this mattwr. I tried canceling it on my own but the system cant pick me
I hereby write a complaint about a financial advisor by the name of Uyanda Fatyela. Who refuses to cancel an insurance that I have been going back and forth with. Till this date to a point where I got insulted by his wife not once but twice. Kindly can this matter be reported to Team leaders as it is putting the name of the company at stake.
I hereby would like to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction on REMAX. Yesterday at The Campus Estate in Willowbrook. West rand of Johannesburg. Owners who are aware of their arrears their services where cut off by the body coperate that they claim that REMAX had told them to switch off services. Such as electricity. As far as I know. Before services are cut there must be a legal route followed and they decided to do it based on the personal basis. This issue arises regularly. To some people, it seems obvious: if an owner fails to pay levies, the body corporate should be able to cut off electricity and water supplies to the unit until the levies are paid. However, that would be *******, as will be explained in the law of South Africa. The only stakeholder that has to cut off services is the municipality and not the body coperate. I have been going back and forth with regards to a Ladies concert that was hosted by Paebo Gryton. After numerous of calls and emails sent to Webtickets with the assistance of a RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL manager from Webtickets in baywest. Who speaks on top of my voice after expressing my frustration because she had said it will appear in 10 days of which 10 days now have LONG PAST.
