NOT REFUNDED!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I placed an order on the 25th of November 2024. On the 28th of February I got a mail informing me that 2 of my orders were ready for collection and that the one item that wasn’t ready would be delivered at their expense when its production is complete. On the 25th of March, I got a mail indicating that they have been struggling with their supplier with sourcing the item and would not keep me waiting any longer. Therefore, they would like to refund me the amount I paid for the one item. When I went to the warehouse this same day, I was told I would be refunded that day. Till today, I have not received my refund and have been enquiring about it. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because I don’t understand why I have not gotten my money back for an item I paid for and never received.
I would give half them a star if it was possible. I dismally disappointed to say the least. The customer service I received was very little to none. I recently purchased clothing items from Superbalist using Pay Just Now between the 25th and 28th of February. I logged a return for a few items on the 11th of March and they processed the refund on the 13th of March. I have only received a portion of the refund. There is still so much more due to me and I never received it. After calling for hours and days, the most I received was that no agent was available, and they would get back to me to which never happened. I resorted to emailing them with screenshots attached only to get a lousy response that was untrue. Where did my money go to??
I app**** for a Premium credit card with ABSA 2 weeks ago and still have no received my card. I have not received a call from the courier. I even went to the branch to enquire and gave my residential and contact details again. Only for the courier service to tell me they have tried to reach me and are unable to get hold of me and they asked for my residential and contact details, time and date for the delivery. I responded and provided everything again. They did not respond and I still have not gotten a call nor my card. I had to call them again today only to repeat myself and give my details so someone new. I’m honestly so over everything and no longer want the card because of the trouble I’m going through to even receive it is not worth it. The customer service is terrible. I’m not happy at all.
