I placed an order at John dorys Florida through UberEats, and i was so disappointed when I get my order. Food was cold and everything was upside down and messy. When I complain your support agent told there's nothing they can do.. Totally done with UberEats
10 of June, I was assisted by Bo and I bought Cover mirror and He was told that there's no stock on hand but he will call once they have stock I paid for the item.When I called after weeks to follow I was told Bo is no longer with them but He works with Ford Umhlanga but they will call back with a feedback I waited almost 3 months I didn't receive any calls.. I had to buy the cover from another company. Then on the 23rd of August I went to Ford to ask for a refund, I was helped by Scelo but even today I haven't received any refund or any feedback, if I call Scelo he always say same thing"Im sorry about this, I will call back with feedback" but obviously I don't get any feedback from him. So tell me is this acceptable to my money and don't provide me with the required item, then I request for refund and also you don't want to give me a refund.. The service is pathetic.
