How is it possible that a service request logged in July is still unresolved? They dont tale me seriously. I bought 20gb data for R399 and my account was double debited. I have been enquiring and getting SR ref numbers i dont even know which one is currently active. I have spoken to a million consultants who always have to also escalate because they are never able to assist there and then. What does one have to do to get their refund for an unauthorized card purchase? Surely this counts as ***** since no one knows how to assist me. In this economy it must be a joke if Vodacom thinks im just gonna leave it alone. To say im furious would be an understatement. They dont even reply to my emails.
