*****ing money
Zero stars. Vuse is now actively *****ing my money. I bought the new vape and pods, I returned the sealed pods and vape after I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and requested a refund. Vuse secunda took the products and said I will be refunded in a weeks time vuse will email me. Well it is now a week and no email from vuse.

Stop supporting vuse
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Their online customer service is absolute garbage. Especially Tara-Lee. They offer no help. I made an order after 3 weeks they notified me that it will take another week for my order to be shipped. After this I requested a refund only for them to take another week to refund me. It takes you millions of follow up emails only to receive a response.

Vuse should close
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their online customer service is absolutely **********. It took them 3 weeks just to notify me it will take another week for my package to be shipped. After I requested a refund it took them another week to refund me.
