Will never buy here again
I got my first ever car from Auto Addicts. There were so many more problems than they disclosed. Originally they said that the only problem was the window. They said they needed to find parts for it but they would. After a month, nothing happened so we managed to sort it out. Still, we were waiting for them to do change of ownership. After 2 months of fighting, they came out and said that the car actually wasn’t road worthy (even though they said I could get in and go). Not even 6 months of having it (with it being road worthied by dealership), my wheel axel broke into my wheel drum while I was driving! There is no possible way that the car was actually road worthy. I’ve had the car for less than 5 years and I’ve spent more than double the amount of the cost of the car on repairs.

No Communication
I ordered something from Makro Online and the payment process was quick and easy. But that’s all that was good. Makro cancelled the order 2 days later without informing me! It’s been more than 2 weeks and I am still awaiting a refund. When I called they said the refund will be in by 2 weeks. Well, it’s not there. Makro really needs to fix their communication! I would be less mad if they had let me know they had cancelled my order instead of me waiting for it to arrive
