Poor customer service and poor products
*** goods The products of the store are problematic and the store itself is not apologetic about their products not working they actually blamed me for buying the product, after I asked how is it my problem that you guys sold me something that doesn't work the staff started being rude to me including the manager I bought a laptop at cash x change midrand and the laptop was not working I went to the store and they told me there's nothing they can do the only option for me is to sell it back to them and guess what it was half the amount I bought it. I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN
