Please tell me how it is remotely possible to have just a simple router delivered in more than 3 days. We are working from home and running a business and we can not operate because it takes forever to have a router delivered can Vodacom please work with better SLA’s because this is pathetic I need my router delivered before the end of the week or please consider me a non existing customer going forward
I am completely appalled at this business, I have absolutely no idea how they are still operating. First and foremost I wish the seller of my property didn’t use this business that constantly puts us at a disadvantage. My husband and I purchased a property in June please tell me how in September we still do not have a conclusion!!!! Whenever we ask for update there’s always an issue with the city of Johannesburg continently whereas several of our friends have had their houses lodged within a space of a month. We have to suck our thumbs out for communication including our transferring attorneys they keep having to send emails with no response. The financial burden my family and I have to keep incurring paying for rent and storage is starting to **** me off immensely. If my bond does not get registered this week please expect legal action the service is pathetic in fact close this business down because there’s no service being delivered
