1. I have a business banker (Girley Khoza) who doesn't reply to either my emails or phone call, actually phone number supp**** not going through. On 07/02/2026 I went to FNB greenstone mall, requested a new banker to be assigned; FNB greenstone promised that someone will give me call to finalize the assignment of a new business banker. Is over a week now, I have not receive any call or email from FNB greenstone. 2. I have a debit order dispute with MTN SP, I have tried everything possible to resolve the matter with the service provider but I am not getting help from MTN. I contacted FNB debit order contact center to cancel this debit order mandate as FNB told me that they cannot reverse the debit order. FNB debit order contact center requested a SAPS affidavit to cancel the debit order mandate from MTN, the affidavit needs to be submit to any FNB branch, who will in turn email it to the debit order dispute department. I went to FNB sammymarks square with the affidavit, but the consultant and the her manager didn't know where to send this affidavit; they wanted me to supply them with the email; I ended up leaving without getting any assistance. I contacted the FNB debit order dispute contact center today 17/02/2026, asking for the email address to send this affidavit as per their request; they declined to provide me with the email address; asking me to go back to the branch to submit the affidavit. I am really tired of this run around. I need this matter resolved urgently. 3. When contacting FNB contact center using my cellphone using a voice line; FNB is unable to assist me as they cannot send me the auth message on my phone as my data line gets blocked when I am on voice call. They asked me to call them using the Secure call functionality on the FNB app, but the reception is terrible; we couldn't hear each other, I ended up hanging up without getting any assistance. 4. I am tired of this run around, I need to close my personal account with immediate effect; I used the FNB app to close the account but is showing a balance of about R5k, which I know nothing about.
I have been battling to cancel my contract since the beginning of November 2025. It is very difficult to access the retentions department. There is no option for contract cancellation on 135 customer care number as this number is listed as the number to cancel your contract, also there is no option to speak to a consultant; I eventually went to the MTN shop where they gave me a 0831710062 number which was answered after being on hold for almost an hour. The MTN consultant says is 30 days notice and another says is 20 days notice to cancel contract. I eventually submitted my cancellation on the last 20 days, where the new consultant told me that I was supposed to submit the cancellation 30 days before. I eventually submitted my cancellation with ref 1-59120267997, it was supposed to end on the 12/12/2025. On 13/12/2025 I receive an email saying that my contract ended and it has been converted to a month to month with a higher amount than what I was paying, something which I did not request, I requested a full cancellation of the contract and the number as I no longer use the number. The number concerned is 0785955845. I regret doing business with MTN, they have the best product but the have worst customer experience and I think they are doing this on purpose. They do not want you to cancel even though the contract term has ended.
Very knowledgeable and professional. No return jobs. Highly recommended for most car models.
My datashare is not working at all, I bought 100GB yesterday; I am adding numbers but all my beneficiaries are not able to access the internet. I have tried removing and readding the numbers; but I have reached my limit for adding and removing whilst trying to fix the issue. I can’t get hold of anyone on 135 line; only IVR options which are not related to datashare; there is no option to speak to a consultant; now I am stuck with a lot of data which I can’t share with my family. My number is 0832008106
