Brown’s jewelry integrity program is a farce
Browns has a compulsory biannual ring check program, which checks the integrity of the ring, and more specifically the claws that hold in the diamonds. We did the latest check a few weeks ago, and literally 2 weeks after the check 2 diamonds fell out, with no issues being reported during the inspection. When taking the ring back to Browns for a claim they refused to replace the diamonds. So the whole program is a farce and just a reason to get you to go to the shop0 replies

Premiums have increased once hooked
Recently all my vehicles premiums were increased way above the norms with no justification. It’s as if they hooked me from my old insurer with good rates then corrected them when they got a chance.3 replies
