*********** service from fumatel and new planet
Vuma is the worst internet service provider. They have the most *********** technicians ever . We in the Ester , lambton gardens, Mimosa park area have not had internet for two weeks since the 31/07/2025 because of a fault on there side. Yet we have paid for a service and we are not receiving it . When you call them they redirect you to another company called new planet I currently have a number of calls logged to them all they do is close of the calls My problem is that they will never reimburse you i mean its 2 weeks so far without a service yet you have paid for an entire month

Bad service
I've been with webafrica for the past 6 years and they where good. But for this last year there services has gone so bad .

Discovery
My advise don't ever do business with this company, My wife passed away in Jan 2022 it now September 2024 an I still have not received any pay outs of my 3 kids school fees, I've been paying there school fees all on my own and submitting a relevant documents to discovery but yet they give me the run around, so I give up with them,,, and you try to call them no this number 0860543322 and there is no response .
