Since from last year I have been trying to claim money for my fees but discovery has not paid till now I haven’t even registered because of them this has been going from last year October till now I am soo disappointed in their services.

I'm soo disappointed in you guys I lodged a complain I think it was around May and I started with the process 3 weeks back they asked me to send all the the documents which I did now I got an Email to say they can't refund me the money for 2019,2020 and 2021 because I wasn't studying ..I had to drop out and start taking leaderships because my mom couldn't afford anymore so now that I had to make plans for me to survive I can't get a refund?your service is really poor honestly you really don't know how to sympathize with US as customers why did they deduct the money from my father's Provident fund and telling us that my mom should distribute certain percentages so that they can pay for us.so I want a refund from those years because clearly you failed me all the things that are being mentioned clearly don't even make sense because when someone is still in sorrow,healing from the pain of losing a loved one you good to convince that person and make empty promises...I want a statement that shows how much money was deducted from my Dad's money because it's clearly useful....and to see that you guys aren't ethical there's no proper contact to call a relevant person..what is there to decide first if I will get a refund or not so I must go to school because you don't want to refund? Now I had to look for a job because my family doesn't have any income I'm the only one who is providing the family..all I'm asking it's a refund..if you don't refund what do you guys want to do with the money?I sent the statements and now this?? Please management intervene?you are the one s who are making such drastic decisions don't make us suffer because I don't think if something happens to you guys obviously everything will go smooth for your kids but us as customers wr suffering

We have been waiting for three years for the matter to be finalised. We never now stand to lose our educational benefits. We have not received a single payment from the cover. Its the worst experience as beneficiaries our father joined with the hope that we will study with ease. But we have been taken advantage of it.

There is a pending claim: Group scheme name: NTT Group Group scheme number: 6600001385 Member name: Mr. M Baloi My late father (passed away 2016) had joined an educational cover and they only contacted us in my final year of university(2023). For approximately the past 3 years they’ve been requesting proof of payments and other documents. My mother and I emailed EVERYTHING we could find but some stuff that they want date back to 2015. There is no solution going forward we’re almost at the end of 3 years in this back and fourth. I still expect the claim to be processed as it is due to me. Oh I am so disgusted with the service I have received thus far from this people it is shocking. Lost the father of my child last yes end of October. Started the claims processed almost immediately. A whole year later this company is still giving me the run around. They asked for proof that the child is my baby daddy's and I have provided the proof and no they went dead quiet on me. Weird I tell you. It is so sad that they would do this to their customers.

My advise don't ever do business with this company, My wife passed away in Jan 2022 it now September 2024 an I still have not received any pay outs of my 3 kids school fees, I've been paying there school fees all on my own and submitting a relevant documents to discovery but yet they give me the run around, so I give up with them,,, and you try to call them no this number 0860543322 and there is no response .
