I signed the termination form, to terminate dependent membership. But they cancelled both membership of us. When my email was very clear that I am teminated the dependent. Instead of sending the correct form they cancelled I am very disappointed in their service
We have been waiting for three years for the matter to be finalised. We never now stand to lose our educational benefits. We have not received a single payment from the cover. Its the worst experience as beneficiaries our father joined with the hope that we will study with ease. But we have been taken advantage of it.
I consulted with my dentist last year December, til today the denis has not paid the amount.I am getting emails every week from the dentist. Bonitas has confirmed the matter is with Denis.
We have been waiting for metropolitan life to pay my mom policy for 3 years to my brother to this day nothing have been paid the amount is even less than 25000 but they sending us from pillar to post. The beneficiary is in a dire situation and really needs money.
I have been trying to reach standard bank insurance group for almost 2 months. No one gets back to me I have called and told the relevant department will come back it is so sad that even my complaint lodged was not responded. All I want is to ensur that my premium are in order I missed a premium in August. This insurance is terrible!
Its been over a month trying to cancel my policy. They keep saying my documents is not in a correct format. Ref 255909 I have scanned it several times. It is a stupid excuse!
I want to cancel my investment policy, it's been two weeks since I sent the email and there's no response.
I have contract with MTN that I took through mondo, I have the following concerns : 1. I have received an incorrect package I got a package of R199 instead of R99. 2.I requested a change to my contract was told I cant I need to cancel and re apply cancellation is still not finalised I'm still waiting. I cancelled with the grace period 3. I received bill with fees that were not brought to my attention suddenly there's a R165 service bill 4. I have been billed on the R199 package whereas as its their fault that I got the R199
I have sent a letter to cancel my policy life cover I have not received response since the 03 December 2020.
It's been over 15 days Im waiting for payment of my sold shares. This is very disappointing. I was told it will be processed in 10days.
