I am so disgusted with Discovery Employee Benefits. My son is a Global Educator Protector beneficiary for his late father. The turnaround time for a claim on their website says it's 15 working days. I'm not telling you a word of a lie I had to wait two months before the claim could be resolved after sending numerous emails and calls to Discovery. It's actually sad how willing they are to take people's money while their still alive and promise to look after their loved ones when their still alive but once the person is gone you would have to see for themselves. Horrible people.
Lendplus never responds to their emails. You have to call and follow up otherwise nothing gets done
The KFC in Sea Point Cape Town is so disgusting their customer service firstly is always horrible. Today I went there and bought a bucket for one and the chicken was old. Tasted so disgusting that I could not even digest it. This is not the first time it's happening. The last time I let it go it was their wings. Now it's the chicken. This can kill people as it's food poisoning
Oh I am so disgusted with the service I have received thus far from this people it is shocking. Lost the father of my child last yes end of October. Started the claims processed almost immediately. A whole year later this company is still giving me the run around. They asked for proof that the child is my baby daddy's and I have provided the proof and no they went dead quiet on me. Weird I tell you. It is so sad that they would do this to their customers.
Yesterday I ordered a parcel from McDonald's Green Point with Uber Eats and I paid online, the driver went and dropped my parcel at an incorrect address. Tried speaking to the driver on the app many times telling her where I am and she just kept on saying "I'm here" called her 5 or 6 times and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Few minutes later I get a message that the parcel was delivered and she took a picture of where she left the parcel. Outside someone's gate that I don't even know. Contacted uber eats immediately and the support team tells me I am not eligible for a refund because the driver tried contacting me. The more I tell them I contacted the driver over 5 times they tell me the same thing. I am not eligible for a refund. Did not even investigate the matter
The past few weeks I've been trying to claim for a new phone from this company since I was mugged. I paid the excess 2 weeks back and I was told I would get the phone delivered within 7 days after calling myself everyday to follow up. When I paid the excess they have been quiet and never called me back I had to call myself and find out they promised to deliver within 7 days and day 7 is today. I called them this morning and they told me they are offline so I asked if they can call me back again they said they won't be able to because they experiencing a high number of calls.
