Bad service
I sopke to Malebo who promised me that her sup will call me cos she refused to help me wen i called on behalf of my mother who is 76 years old. My mom does not know most of her security questions by heart. I am the one who is in charge of her account. So now we have to drive to avbob for simple request is the account up to date and y they r debiting twice instead of one premium.

Wrong amount
I got a call from Absa idirect for my car insurance. I was promised 45 percent discount. Which will reduce my premium to R508.00 but now when I called the agent told Me its R800.00 and not R500.00 please assist. 6555101218
