Frustrated
MTN is not doing any justice for us as Customers,been going up and down to try and submit the paid up letter when you go to the nearest store they tell you they not a franchise store I must call the customer service department what's that? Now my credit score is affected because of a mere paid up letter that I need to submit and we don't even have the contact to contact to..because I keep on geting messages that I'm owing which is something I finished paying on the 15th of January and please advise your staff members with their attitude I mean you wake up in the morning and you tell yourself that you going to work..only to be rude to the customers ..MTN management intervene I want to submit my paid up letter so that my name can be cancelled into your system..what a poor service we get

I'm soo disappointed in you guys I lodged a complain I think it was around May and I started with the process 3 weeks back they asked me to send all the the documents which I did now I got an Email to say they can't refund me the money for 2019,2020 and 2021 because I wasn't studying ..I had to drop out and start taking leaderships because my mom couldn't afford anymore so now that I had to make plans for me to survive I can't get a refund?your service is really poor honestly you really don't know how to sympathize with US as customers why did they deduct the money from my father's Provident fund and telling us that my mom should distribute certain percentages so that they can pay for us.so I want a refund from those years because clearly you failed me all the things that are being mentioned clearly don't even make sense because when someone is still in sorrow,healing from the pain of losing a loved one you good to convince that person and make empty promises...I want a statement that shows how much money was deducted from my Dad's money because it's clearly useful....and to see that you guys aren't ethical there's no proper contact to call a relevant person..what is there to decide first if I will get a refund or not so I must go to school because you don't want to refund? Now I had to look for a job because my family doesn't have any income I'm the only one who is providing the family..all I'm asking it's a refund..if you don't refund what do you guys want to do with the money?I sent the statements and now this?? Please management intervene?you are the one s who are making such drastic decisions don't make us suffer because I don't think if something happens to you guys obviously everything will go smooth for your kids but us as customers wr suffering

I'm really not happy I'm actually frustrated with discovery group. My kids are now suffering not to mention the younger one is no longer going to school because of I don't have money as my husband passed on 16 June 2018 and since I was 100% beneficiary I was told to split percentages to my daughter and son for school fees and all that related with school we were then asked to send documents down the line we getting responses to say we should prove that my husband was the one paying fees.how will we proof that?because at university the reference you put its a student number they then said even if it's a statement from grade 12 and we got a statement that shows his details but Non was done till today on the same year my daughter had to quit because the fees weren't not paid and they making excuses that my daughter failed 1module and I was like to consultant yes she failed because she had to quit school as we've been getting emails about paying fees and she won't write exams so the guy I spoke to from discovery he then said unfortunately they can't pay because she failed a module then where is the money that I had to split for my kids to get better education?can I juss get the money for my kids because on the day I went to The mine to start the process of claiming I was told I shouldn't take the whole money as I wanted to take all the payout then I will pay fees for my kids by myself instead they refused and told me to share percentages for nothing? I would like to have that money as the younger one is no more longer going to school he had to quit school at grade11 do you know how painful is that yet their kids are freely going to school getting better education..noo come on I want that money back so that my kids can go back to school it's never too late for education..I don't even know how much they took from the money they took from the percentages I spliced for my kids.justice should be served for my kids

You know I I've been calling different departments regarding and I'm not getting help and there's NMG Manager her name is Vanessa Liebenberg she's one of the people who understands what I want to claim because my husband passed on 16 June 2018 and one of my daughters received a payout from. NmG and I was told my son will get when he reach 18 years so I then sent emails to different consultants at NMG till today I haven't received any feedback all I get is I'm calling the wrong department they not even willing to try and connect me with relevant people. All they say it's there are no funds how come there are no funds because not so long ago a lady I'm in contact to she got the same money of her son since he has turned 18 so how come I don't have funds they tell me they can't access my husband's industry number how is that possible because my daughter managed to claim.i deeply ask to be in contact with Vanessa Liebenberg because she's not taking my calls.
