Very disappointing service from RTT Logistics. I had to wait a long time for my package, only to find out that the driver returned it to the warehouse claiming the customer was not available at the time of delivery, which is simply not true. There was no communication or notification to explain what happened or to arrange another delivery. On top of that, trying to get assistance through the call centre means being placed on hold for a very long time. This level of service is frustrating and needs serious improvement, especially when customers are relying on their deliveries.
I bought a Suzuki Baleno in June 2024 and have had the worst after-sales experience imaginable with Suzuki Edenvale and Suzuki Auto. Their service is beyond disappointing. After noticing fading headlights on my brand-new vehicle, I logged a complaint with the dealer. Took the car to Suzuki Edenvale on the 21st of August for inspection, where the technician took pictures and said they would send them to Suzuki Auto for feedback. That was the last time I heard anything from them without me having to chase them down. The service manager and service advisor don’t bother communicating with customers. The only way to get any updates is by calling them or logging a complaint. Even Suzuki Auto customer service is useless — all you get is the same, empty response: “Please note that we are still awaiting feedback from the dealership as they indicated that they will revert back with feedback today.” Guess what? “Today” never comes. On the 16th of September, the vehicle was taken back for another inspection, and yet again, more pictures were taken, this time to send to Japan. My car is less than 3 months old, already with fading headlights, and Suzuki refuses to take responsibility for what should be a warranty-covered issue. The complete lack of accountability and the appalling communication make Suzuki’s after-sales service the worst I’ve ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration — you won’t get any help from them.
