I booked a flight via Gotogate.. was not able to travel, the airline placed my booking on hold for a year, on requesting to rebook I was informed that Gotogate cancelled my booking and requested a refund without my consent… after numerous phone calls and incorrect misleading information from their call centre I am still waiting for confirmation on my rebooking which expires in a week🤬🤬 very poor service
I requested a medical aid quote for my mom, in September . I was told by Tlou at Hippo that it was not possible to receive a quote from their system without supplying banking details, without my consent or approval that I wanted to go ahead, after they call you a hundred times a day.. I received an email from Medshield a few days later stating a Debit order will go off my account, which was unauthorised. On contacting Hippo, Vuyo the Manager told me it was miscommunication and promised funds would be refunded in 7days from Debit, To date refund has not been done....Rather do your own research
