I booked a flight via Gotogate.. was not able to travel, the airline placed my booking on hold for a year, on requesting to rebook I was informed that Gotogate cancelled my booking and requested a refund without my consent… after numerous phone calls and incorrect misleading information from their call centre I am still waiting for confirmation on my rebooking which expires in a week🤬🤬 very poor service

I have contacted GoToGate NUMEROUS times and they are copying and pasting the same nonsense email evrytime I submit my documents as instructed. I'm done with their runaround! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience booking a Qatar Airways flexible ticket via GoToGate through Booking.com (Ref: OCWRXP). What should have been a simple date change turned into a stressful, expensive, and dangerous ordeal: ✅ I paid for a flexible ticket and received confirmation after requesting a date change (7 June → 1 June 2025). ❌ At check-in, Qatar Airways said my booking was invalid — no ticket found. 📞 I called Qatar Airways twice (as advised by GoToGate). They promised a payment link. No link ever arrived. 💳 I was forced to pay ZAR 5,730.00 directly to Qatar Airways on 1 June just to fly home. 💢 Booking.com and GoToGate kept redirecting me. No proper resolution. The website crashes every time I try to submit a formal complaint. 🔴 I suffer from claustrophobia and have a history of TIA (mini-stroke). I was assigned a middle seat between two sleeping passengers on the long-haul leg (Doha to JHB), despite my condition. No help, no support, no care. 💥 I demand: A full refund of the R5,730.00 A formal apology Compensation for the emotional distress and medical risk Fix your broken systems so this never happens again This experience was completely unacceptable. I’ve already lodged a complaint with Qatar Airways and will escalate to consumer protection bodies if this is not resolved urgently. I am utterly appalled at how badly Gotogate handled me trying to change my flights.They charged me a hectic penalty and when i asked about a refund would only give me less than half the amount of money back. They also said I would be able to change my flights, if i paid an extra R 600 which I did and then only said the next day that it was not possible. I do not recommend using them ever! They customer service is terrible and talk the employees will tell you different things.

I bought a flexi ticket and paid more as my Visa was still in progress. Unfortunately, my visa was delayed, I requested to change my ticket but then the change was almost more than my ticket and I had to fly the next week, due to my start date at a new job. I was then obligated to cancel the ticket an request a refund. I am finding it impossible to contact them. When clicking on the contact us link they then tell you they will send an email to verify you, then you can only mail them. I have been trying to get my refund for 2.5 months, and still nothing. I can see that the last they even looked at the refund was 2 months ago. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!

I am finding it impossible to contact them. When clicking on the contact us link they then tell you they will send an email to verify you. this email does not come and you cannot continue. There are no Phone numbers PLEASE HELP
